Adult Volunteers
Volunteer Requirements
 1) Completed Application
All adults must have a completed DPS application on file. You may download an application here or request one to be mailed to you. You may also pick up applications from the Cooperative Extension Office at 125 Oxford Loop Rd, Oxford, NC 27565.

2) Criminal Background Check
All adult volunteers must submit to a criminal background check prior to beginning their volunteer service with the Teen Court Program.

3) Adult Volunteer Training
Adult volunteers receive a 2-hour orientation before beginning their volunteer service. This orientation provides an overview of the program, expectations and code of conduct. New volunteers are then paired with senior program volunteers to shadow to gain a greater understanding of each volunteer role.
