Who Do We Serve?

Youth admitted into our programs are generally between the ages of 10-18 and have involvement in the juvenile justice system through the school system, local law enforcement or juvenile services. 

Below are some additional eligibility requirements for each of our programs. Individual programs may have additional eligibility requirements.
  • Be between the ages of 10-18.
  • The youth must admit responsibility.
  • The youth must be actively enrolled in school. 
  • The youth and parent/guardian must be willing to participate in the program.
  • The offense must be a misdemeanor (Teen Court/Restorative Circles)
  • Most youth will be first time offenders (no previous juvenile/adult offenses). Those with prior offenses are considered on a case-by-case basis (Teen Court/Restorative Circles).
  • Youth must be developmentally able to comprehend and participate.​

Some acceptable charges/offenses includes: shoplifting, larceny, simple assault, communicating threats, trespassing, possession, etc.
