Youth Volunteers
Volunteer Requirements 1) Completed Application
All youth must have a completed application on file. You can fill out an application below, download an application under the program of interest or pick up an application from the front offices of all middle and high schools during the school year. You may also pick up applications from the Cooperative Extension Office at 125 Oxford Loop Rd, Oxford, NC 27565. 2) New Volunteer Training All student volunteers must attend a new volunteer training (visit the training page for upcoming dates). This is an interactive training that helps youth understand the restorative justice process, legal terms, and the program policies and procedures. Youth who would like to be attorneys must be in the 8th grade and attend additional training scheduled with program staff. Volunteer trainings are held quarterly. |
